I ordered a LED screen from Dell (yes they do make those), and I think i might have gotten a LCD screen. Is there any way to tell. You can't find the model number of the screen on the computer because its listed just as a Generic PnP monitor. My Dell laptop display is extremely small, how can i get it back to normal size?

I am broadcasting live from a Dell Latitude C600 and my display is way too small. My faux screen is about half of the real screen. I have tried restarting it several times and it does not change. Maybe did I press the wrong button or something??? Let me know if you have any tips. Thanks!! Computer always freezes at Dell startup screen. What could be the problem?

I have been having a recurring issue where sometimes when I turn on my computer, it will show the Dell startup screen and then nothing happens after that. It stays on the Dell screen no matter how long I leave it on for. I am unable to enter bios or setup when pressing f2 or f10, etc. I know my hard drive is ok because I have hooked it up to a different computer and there were no problems. I have a dell inspirion, this morning i tryed to turn it on and it would not go past the DELL startup screen i cant hit f12 of f2 on my keyboard. It is almost like the mouse and keyboard are not being picked up. So i just get the screen and there is nothing i can do Any help would be much appreciated. Dell screen and functions dont work as they should when i close the screen, i have to push it a little harder?

When I close my screen, the screen does not turn off. If i push it a little more down near the hinges, then it does. I feel as if there is an adjustment error in where the screen needs to be for it to shut off. It's annoying because if i put it to sleep when i close the lid, and i close the lid, it might stay on the whole time because of this. is there anything I can do, short of calling dell support? I have a wide screen Dell monitor, and I seriously don't like the current resolution of it. Everything is just so wide. Especially my pictures and the format of everything.
