They have 3 and 4 gigs of ram, core duo 2.0, 8500GT video cards and they run games fine usually. But they bluescreen on reboot and sometimes just randomly… and the display constantly shuts off for 15 seconds at a time, and when the wireless card is active the sound skips.     I Use My Laptop (one-to-one student laptop program)

    How can students use technology to create, learn, and explore? This video was created as a short “advertisement” for our district’s 1-to-1 laptop program and what a benefit it is for students’ creativity and learning. Funding such a program is an ongoing challenge, and this video is now included as a conversation-starter in presentations made by district administrators, which was our goal. Some ideas and the “laptop faces” visual were inspired by Marco Torres’ video “Digital Students, Analog Schools”. Thanks for the jump start!
